We recently had the pleasure of speaking with Gwyneth Rees of iNews about the worrying rise in cryptocurrency dependencies we are seeing at Paracelsus Recovery. Due to the volatile nature of the cryptocurrency markets, people are becoming addicted to the dopamine rushes they feel once they start trading. Sadly, many end up losing millions to their addiction. 


 As Jan Gerber, our CEO and managing director, explained to Gwyneth, “crypto is somewhat more dangerous than gambling as it has an air of legitimacy. There are financial analysts and legitimate investors, so this makes it easier to stay in denial when a problem develops.”
