In 2019, Annette pursued a Personal Trainer certification at Basi Pilates, where she gained a deeper understanding of anatomy, movement patterns, and Pilates techniques. Annette places great importance on providing holistic guidance to individuals to promote harmony between their physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. Her training regimen is carefully crafted to optimize the strengthening of the body and mind, while simultaneously alleviating stress. Through her practice, Annette strives to cultivate physical strength, flexibility, and coordination and promote a sense of inner tranquility.
