Pilates Personal Trainer

Negar Marazzi is a PMA-certified Pilates Personal Trainer and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She initially studied International Economics and obtained her Bachelor’s in Economics from Boston University and her Master’s in International Logistics from ESSEC Business School in Paris. After working for over 20 years as a Strategy Consultant and International Project Manager in Boston, Chicago, Paris and Bern, she decided to make a change of career in 2018 and work in the field of Health and Movement which had always been her passion. She is an avid dancer, and has practiced Yoga and Pilates since 1995. Négar obtained her complete 450-hour Pilates certification from PILATESwiss, her Health Coaching degree from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and her certificate for Evidence-based Nutrition from Harvard University. Negar is a studio partner at PILATESwiss and a Mentor in the Pilates international teacher education program.
