Working out with her means fun and action. A certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, she will help you understand the healing nature of breathing exercises and how to tone and stretch your body mindfully. For those who like the more fast-paced work-outs, her repertoire extends to a sweaty match of Badminton, table tennis, or HiIT routines at the gym. Simone enjoys spending time outdoors, wakeboarding in the summer and snowboarding in the winter season. Her motto is: “After the rain follows the sun”. Simone has a bachelor's degree in fitness economy and is a certified sports and gymnastics teacher.
