Ulrike Helfenstein

Massage Therapist

My passion for movement and health drove me to study physiotherapy. There I focused on neurology and worked in a neurologic rehabilitation centre for more than two years. However, I wanted an even more holistic approach, so I continued to study osteopathy. There, my main area of interest is craniosacral osteopathy, which I have been studying for over five years. I believe craniosacral osteopathy is the most effective way to reactivate the self-healing forces in our body. Apart from that, for me, focusing on the whole person lies at the core of my approach to health. I have more than 20 years experience, and I am also well-educated in massage and lymphatic drainage.
